This policy explains what Home Internet Help (homeinternethelp.com) collects, why, and the choices you have. The site is operated by Uzair Visuals. By using the site or asking us to contact you, you agree to this policy.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you use the address checker or ask us to call you, we collect what you enter: your street address or ZIP code, whether you currently have service or owe a balance, your timeline, and, if you request a call, your name and phone number.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we log your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site or search that referred you, and similar data. We use first-party cookies to recognize your visit and, if you consent to a call, a consent-verification service (TrustedForm) that records that you asked to be contacted.

How we use it

  • To check what internet service may be available at your address.
  • To connect you with a live agent who can confirm availability and set up service.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the site, and to understand which pages help people.

Consent to be contacted

If you provide your phone number and ask us to call you, you agree that Home Internet Help and one call center partner, Global Auratech Systems, may contact you at that number about home internet service, including by phone call and text message using automated technology. This is not a condition of any purchase, and standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by telling the agent, or by replying STOP to a text.

Who we share it with

We share the details you submit with our call center partner, Global Auratech Systems, only so they can return your call and help you get connected. We also use service providers who help us run the site, such as our web host and Google Analytics. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect against fraud or abuse.

Cookies and analytics

We use first-party cookies for basic site function and Google Analytics (GA4) to understand traffic. Google may set its own cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we do not log your visit.

How long we keep it

We keep lead details only as long as needed to help you get connected and to keep records of consent, then we remove or anonymize them. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics defaults.
